Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the use of the MatchMindmobile application, published by Badini Ibrahim (hereinafter the “Publisher”).

By downloading, installing, or using MatchMind, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

01Service description

MatchMind is a mobile entertainment and sports information application that provides:

• Football match predictions generated by artificial intelligence.
• Head-to-head statistics and historical data.
• Live scores for major European and international leagues.
• A community prediction leaderboard.

MatchMind is an entertainment and sports information service. It is in no way a sports betting platform, an investment advisory service, or a betting advisory service.

MatchMind does not hold any gambling, sports betting, or betting operator license issued by the Autorite Nationale des Jeux (ANJ) or any other gambling regulatory authority in any jurisdiction. MatchMind is not a gambling operator and does not offer any betting services.

02Responsible gaming — important notice

• No guarantee of results: AI-generated predictions are provided for purely informational and entertainment purposes. They do not in any way guarantee actual match results. No sports prediction, whether generated by AI or a human expert, can be 100% reliable.
• Not betting advice: predictions, scores, analyses, and any other information provided by MatchMind do NOT constitute sports betting advice, financial recommendations, or an incentive to gamble in any way.
• Personal responsibility: if you choose to use MatchMind information for sports betting with third-party operators, you do so at your sole and exclusive risk. The Publisher disclaims all liability for financial losses, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of predictions.
• Assumption of risk: by using MatchMind, you expressly agree to assume all risks associated with the use of predictions, analyses, scores, confidence percentages, and any other information provided by the service. You acknowledge that any decision made based on this information is your sole responsibility and that the Publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of such decisions under any circumstances.
• AI limitations: artificial intelligence analyzes historical statistical data. It cannot predict unforeseeable events (injuries, weather conditions, referee decisions, etc.).

03Access requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MatchMind.
• The application requires iOS 15+ or Android 9+ (API 28).
• An internet connection is required to access predictions and live scores.
• You agree to comply with these Terms for the entire duration of your use of the service.

04User account

4.1 Account creation

You can create an account using an email address or by signing in with Google / Apple. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Only one account per person is permitted.

4.2 Account security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed from your account. In the event of unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at contact@match-mind-ai.com.

4.3 Account deletion

You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting contact@match-mind-ai.com. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of Terms violation, without notice or compensation.

05Subscriptions and payments

5.1 Payment

Payments are processed exclusively by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. The Publisher does not have access to your payment information.

5.2 Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period.

5.3 Refund

No refunds are offered by the Publisher. Since payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play, any payment-related claims must be directed to those platforms. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, as digital content delivery begins immediately upon subscription.

06Intellectual property

The MatchMind application, its source code, design, logos, content, and generated predictions are the exclusive property of the Publisher. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Sports data is provided by API-Sports and remains the property of their respective owners. Community predictions submitted by users remain the property of their authors; you grant the Publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display these predictions in the leaderboard.

07Liability

• The Publisher does not guarantee that the service will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• The Publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of predictions, scores, statistics, or any other information provided.
• The Publisher disclaims all liability for financial losses resulting from decisions made based on predictions or information provided by MatchMind.
• The Publisher's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ten (10) euros if you do not have a subscription.

08Modification and termination

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via in-app notification or email at least 15 days before taking effect.

The Publisher may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. Termination of your account does not affect current subscriptions; you must cancel your subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play.

09Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.

Before any legal action, the parties commit to seeking an amicable resolution. You may use the consumer mediator designated by the Publisher, in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
